Eboracum Baroque in collaboration with the Ely Gin Company are delighted to return to St Mary’s Church, Ely to present a programme featuring Vivaldi’s Four Seasons. Alongside this famous music enjoy themed cocktails and mocktails devised for this concert by the Ely Gin Company and delicious cake by George’s Bakery (Some of which includes Ely Gin!) This concert is part of the Isle of Ely Arts Festival. 

The concert features a rarely heard version of Vivaldi’s Four Seasons arranged in the 18th Century for Recorder and Harpsichord which we be performed by virtuoso recorder player, Miriam Nerval. There will also be famous arias and instrumental works by Handel and Vivaldi performed by the professional period instrumentalists and singers of Eboracum Baroque. This concert will also feature musicians from Ely College who will perform with Eboracum Baroque and during the interval. It promises to be an evening of great music and a celebration of local produce!

*Eboracum Baroque will be visiting schools across East Cambridgeshire for a day of education workshops introducing primary and secondary school children to baroque music and learning all about Vivaldi’s Four Seasons, complete with a thunderstorm body percussion piece!
