Eboracum Baroque are delighted to return to York for their annual festive performance with good friends, York Gin. Due to refurbishment of York Mansion House, the concert takes place at the historic Merchant Adventurers’ Hall this year.
The programme features seasonal vocal and instrumental works including arias from Handel’s Messiah, a pastoral recorder concerto, music for Trumpet and traditional french Christmas carols by Charpentier and Lalande. There will also be a performance of Bach’s festive cantata, Jauchzet Gott.
We’re delighted to be working with York Gin again. Enjoy a delicious drink of multi award winning gin on arrival. This promises to be an evening full of festive cheer! Non-alcoholic drinks also available.
