We encourage anyone with access needs to join our free Access Scheme. This gives you personalised assistance through the booking process, as well as other benefits including free companion tickets if it is essential that you are accompanied during performances. Access registration helps us ensure that we meet your accessibility requirements. Access Scheme Application Form
We endeavour that wherever we perform there will be accessibility for everyone. The venues for our performances vary, so please check specific venue information to make sure that it is accessible to you. Whilst we perform in a variety of venues, we can offer a flexible seating option for all of our performances. If you need to book a wheelchair space or if you will be transferring from a wheelchair space to standard seating in our performance, please contact us and we will be able to arrange this for you.
At our performances, seating towards the front can be reserved by selecting your preferences on the access form and guide dogs are welcome throughout our performances. Please get in touch with us and we can arrange this for you.
Visitors are welcome to take hearing dogs into any venue we perform in. Many of the venues we perform in are equipped with a loop to help hearing aid users receive clear sound without background noise, and audience members can use this facility by switching their hearing aids to the ‘T’ position.
If you receive disability-related state benefits, you may be eligible for a 50% discount on the cost of your ticket and carers will be entitled to a free ticket for our performances. To qualify for this, we will need a copy of one of the following:
Front page of a Disability Living Allowance or PIP document
Front page of Attendance Allowance document
Certificate of visual impairment
Please scan and send all documentation to eboracumbaroqueintern@gmail.com along with the access form.
